She is Sister Magaret from the Missionary of Life, located on W.51st St bet 9th and 10th ave Or the 10th and 11th ave. She's there to help Pregnant women. We all have seen her, so do say hello to her and make her feel welcome in the park, She's actually one of the "Regulars".
